Houston Astros ace Roy Oswalt said he would be willing to waive his no-trade clause to play for the New York Yankees.
Before this season, Oswalt had been reluctant to waive his no-trade clause because he enjoyed playing for the Astros and wasn’t ready to give up on the franchise.

The New York Knicks have made it clear that they would welcome help from Derek Jeter to get LeBron James to come to the Big Apple.
The only problem is that the New York Yankees shortstop doesn’t see how he could be of service.
Jeter said that he won’t be talking to James about coming to play basketball in New York because he knows nothing about it.
He did say that James is a nice guy and he’s gotten to meet him because he is a Yankees fan.
C.C. Sabathia said he is also a friend of James but that he doesn’t really have to sell anyone on what it’s like to win in New York.
